Asia Street Eats is a Hong Kong-based limited company and an online travel agency connecting travellers with food-tour providers across Asia. We act as an intermediary between customers and independent local vendors, and also operate select in-house tours.
We function as a booking platform and payment facilitator. Most tours are run by independent vendors with whom customers form a direct contract. Asia Street Eats acts only as an agent or facilitator of bookings and payments. Vendors bear sole responsibility for delivery, safety and legal compliance.
Reservations are confirmed by email after payment. Participants must be at least 16 unless supervised by an adult. Customers must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter contracts.
Pricing is displayed in USD. Full payment is required at booking via secure partners (Stripe, Square, Wix Payments). Any additional bank or currency-conversion fees are the customer's responsibility.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable. Tours cancelled by a vendor or by Asia Street Eats due to unforeseen circumstances are refunded in full or rescheduled by mutual agreement.
Amendment requests should be made early. Changes within 48 hours are typically treated as cancellations. We may modify itineraries due to weather, safety or local events without triggering a refund.
Insurance is recommended but not included. Participants confirm they are physically able to take part. We may refuse participation to anyone unfit, intoxicated or disruptive.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, delay or other claim arising from your participation. Our maximum liability is limited to the booking amount.
Participants must follow guide instructions and behave respectfully; disruptive conduct may result in exclusion. Customers are responsible for disclosing allergies, and full allergen elimination cannot be ensured in street-food environments.
Customers are solely responsible for meeting all legal travel requirements. We do not provide visa assistance.

Customer information is handled per our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by Hong Kong law, with exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong District Court unless consumer-protection laws apply.
We may revise these Terms without notice; the version in force at the time of your transaction applies. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
